This is Mama’s Chili, Keto friendly, simple and easy to make. Also kid approved!

Ingredients

  • 1 carton of beef stock

  • 2 lbs of ground beef

  • 8 cans of your favorite diced tomatoes (14.5 oz cans)
    (Mama likes to mix fire roasted with regular 1/2 and 1/2)

  • 1 large (12 oz) can of tomato paste

  • 1 green pepper

  • 1 red onion

  • chili powder/salt/pepper

Directions

  • Set slow cooker to high
  • Pour 3 cups of beef stock into slow cooker
  • Add all cans of diced tomatoes and tomato paste to slow cooker
  • Stir until tomato paste is mixed in well
  • Chop green pepper and onion to desired sized
    (we prefer a more finally chopped but if you want it chunky then cut larger)
  • Brown 2lbs of beef in skillet, chop to desired size, and add beef and juices into crockpot
  • Stir well
  • Season to your desired taste
  • For us:
    5/6 tsp of chili powder
    1 tsp of salt
    1 tsp of pepper

    Serving chili is a personal choice and here at Review the Foods we will not judge you. Wether you like smashing crackers into your chili, adding a little sour cream, peanut butter on a spoon as you eat, or maybe you like some spaghetti noodles in it.
