Our third stop for Louisville Burger Week brings us something new every day during their burger showcase. For Wednesday Game Restaurant’s Exotic Beast Burger was a mix of wild boar and venison and I have to say wow! The staff was friendly and quick. Our waiter knew about everything on the menu and seemed to enjoy telling us about all the different kinds of meats on the menu.
For me Game Restaurant was an amazing experience, as a kid and adult I’ve had venison and I always thought it was cool to have tried something that others hadn’t before but Game Restaurant takes things to another level. I was able to try Kangaroo meat, and wild boar meat balls as I waited for my burger and I have to say I’m definitely going back soon for… well anything I haven’t tried before!

Ok lets get into this! What a truly unique experience! For Wednesday of Burger week, Game Restaurant was serving a Wild Board/venison mix patty! This burger was beautifully make with their House made Tomato Jam & Smoked Truffle Mayo, Artisanal Greens, Red Onion, and a slice of 5 Pepper Cheddar Jack Cheese on a butter toasted locally baked Brioche Bun. Honestly it was to die for! Packed with flavor in very bite and I can’t it enough but truly a unique experience for the normal burger eater. I would recommend giving this place a go as soon as possible!
