Full disclosure… This sandwich is very nostalgic for me. As a child I can remember going with my mom to the It’s Convenient Food Mart in Shelbyville Ky and while she was pouring her coffee standing in front of the display case carefully picking my sandwich which was either the Double Sausage Egg and Cheese or the Pork Tenderloin Egg and Cheese which II promise to review later ;).

The Flavor of The Double Sausage Egg and Cheese
Ok so let’s get into the nitty gritty… Wow, be still my heart! Made with local sausage, eggs, cheese on a bun this sandwich is steamed to perfection once it’s be wrapped and put into the warming case. Every bite has a delicious flavor packed taste of warm bun, melted cheese and egg cooked to perfection. I can’t say enough about this sandwich but the truth is you need to go and get it.
